Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd to list on March 28, 2018

Effective from Wednesday, March 28, 2018 the Equity Shares of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange in the list of 'B' Group of Securities.

The company came out with IPO recently and issued shares at a price of Rs.1215/- per Equity Share (Face Value of Rs.10/- and premium of Rs. 1205/-). A discount of Rs. 25/- on the Offer Price was offered to Retail Individual Bidders and to Eligible Employees Bidding in the Employee Reservation Portion.

The IPO evoked lukewarm response from investors and LIC had to bail the issue by applying for almost 70% of the total issue.
