The Phoenix Mills Ltd allots 14400 shares

The Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of The Phoenix Mills Limited in its meeting held today i.e. March 27, 2018 (which commenced at 12.30 p.m. and concluded at 12:55 p.m.) has allotted 14,400 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each fully paid-up at an exercise price of Rs. 333.90/- per share to the grantees upon exercise of stock options pursuant to The Phoenix Mills Employees Stock Option Plan 2007.

Consequent upon allotment of the above shares, the equity share capital of the Company stand increased from present level of 15,31,27,340 (Nos.) to 15,31,41,740 (Nos.) equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

Shares of The Phoenix Mills Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.607.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 598.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1847 in over 187 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 612 and intraday low of 598.6. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1118858.
