DSP BlackRock Mutual Fund increases stake in SRF Ltd to 5.14%

DSP BlackRock Trustee Company Pvt Ltd is the trustee for the schemes launched by DSP BlackRock Mutual Fund (DSPBRMF) and DSP BlacRock Alternative Investment Fund (DSPBRAIF). DSPBRMF has acquired equity shares of SRF Limited through open market purchase.

Two schemes namely, DSP BlackRock Equity Opportunities Fund and DSP BlackRock Tax Saver Fund has acquired 95020 equity shares of SRF Ltd on March 21, 2018, due to which the shareholding in the company across various schemes of DSPBRMF has crossed 5% of the paid up equity capital of the company.

The current shareholding across the schemes in the company has increased to 2,952,011 equity shares or 5.14% from 2,856,991 equity shares or 4.98%.

Shares of SRF LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1914 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1936.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3062 in over 278 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1923.5 and intraday low of 1897.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5845933.
