Indiabulls Ventures Limited grants 15,50,000 Stock Options

The Board constituted Compensation Committee of Indiabulls Ventures Limited, at its meeting held today i.e. March 24, 2018, has, under the 'Indiabulls Ventures Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2008 and Indiabulls Ventures Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2009', granted an aggregate of 15,50,000 (Fifteen Lacs Fifty Thousand) Stock Options representing an equal number of fully paid up equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each in the Company, at an exercise price of Rs. 254.85, being the latest available closing market price on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, as on March 23, 2018.

The Stock Options so granted, shall vest within 5 years beginning from March 25, 2019, the first vesting date. The options vested under each of the slabs, can be exercised within a period of five years from the relevant vesting date.

Shares of Indiabulls Ventures Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.254.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 255.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 152808 in over 1570 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 255.6 and intraday low of 245.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 38423126.
