DCB Bank Ltd allots 9800 shares

DCB Bank Limited has issued and allotted 9,800 equity shares of Rs.10/- each on March 23, 2018, pursuant to the terms of the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) of the Bank. Post this allotment, Bank's issued and paid up share capital has increased to 308,084,883 shares of Rs.10/- each.
