HDFC Mutual Fund reduces stake in Prism Cement Ltd

HDFC Trustee Company Ltd has announced that HDFC Mutual Fund through its schemes was holding 3,69,97,213 equity shares or 7.35% stake in Prism Cement Ltd (company). There has been a decrease in the holding of HDFC Mutual Fund schemes (HDFC Equity Fund, HDFC Housing Opportunities Fund - Series 1) by 2.09% as of March 20, 2018.

The funds have sold 1,05,14,791 equity shares or 2.09% in the company through open market sale on March 20, 2018.

Post this deal, the schemes of HDFC Mutual Fund hold 2,64,82,422 equity shares or 5.26% stake in the company.

Shares of PRISM CEMENT LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.117 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 114.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2511537 in over 814 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 117.5 and intraday low of 114.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 289913963.
