State Bank of India (SBI) has announced that it has sold 22 lac equity shares of Clearing Corporation of India Limited (CCIL) constituting 4.40% stake in CCIL.
Post this transaction, SBI holds 16.80% stake in CCIL, while its subsidiary SBI DFHI Limited holds another 4.50%.
