ICICI Securities IPO to open for subscription on Mar 22, 2018

ICICI Securities, the largest equity broker in India by brokerage revenue and active customers in equities on the National Stock Exchange since the fiscal 2014 as per CRISIL is coming up with an Initial Public Offering (IPO). It is a leading technology-based securities firm in India offering a wide range of financial services to both retail and institutional clients.

The IPO opens from March 22, 2018 to March 26, 2018 in the price band of 519 to 520 per share. The minimum bid lot size will be of 28 shares and in multiples of 28 thereafter.

The Company has made a reservation of upto 5% of the total Offer size for ICICI Bank Shareholders.

All ICICI Bank Shareholders as on March 13, 2018 can make two applications under:

- ICICI Bank Shareholder Portion and

- Retail / Non-Institutional (HNI) Portion

Shares of ICICI BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.301.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 306.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 945969 in over 6372 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 306.9 and intraday low of 300.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 286513751.
