Pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options by the eligible employees under the Employees' Stock Option Scheme, the Allotment Committee of the Board of JM Financial Ltd, at its meeting held today, has allotted 83,085 equity shares of the face value of Re.1/- (Rupee One Only) each.

Subsequent to the allotment of equity shares as above, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company is Rs.83,78,80,258/- representing 83,78,80,258 equity shares of the face value of Re. 1/- each.
