ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund pares exposure to Ashoka Buildcon Ltd

ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Ltd, the trustee of ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund (Fund) has announced that the fund through various schemes hold equity shares of Ashoka Buildcon Ltd (company).

ICICI Prudential India Recovery Fund - Series 1 and ICICI Prudential India Recovery Fund - Series 2 had sold 62,296 and 2,48,127 equity shares respectively of the company through market sale on March 13, 2018. The total sale by the fund was 310,423 equity shares or 0.17% in the company.

The fund had 10,241,327 equity shares or 5.47% stake in the company prior to this sale. Post the deal, the fund has 5.31% stake comprising of 9,930,904 equity shares of the company.

Shares of ASHOKA BUILDCON LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.226.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 229.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 471720 in over 823 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 230.25 and intraday low of 222.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 106694576.
