Filatex Fashions to issue shares / warrants

Filatex Fashions Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 11, 2007, inter alia, has decided to issue 20,00,000 equity shares and 30,00,000 convertible warrants on Preferential basis to the promoter group and other investors (not related to Promoter group).

In this regard Board has decided to call Extra Ordinary General Meeting on January 15, 2008 for getting approval for issuing the shares on preferential basis as per SEBI Preferential issue Guideline.
