Binayak Tex AGM approves 20% dividend

Binayak Tex Processors Ltd has announced that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of Final Dividend @ 20% i.e. Rs 2.00 per equity share of Rs 10.00 each.
