Easun Reyrolle Updates on Issue of Securities

Easun Reyrolle Ltd has announced with reference to the earlier announcement dated December 07, 2007 regarding allotment of GDRs and FCCBs aggregating to US $50 Million. The offer and allotment of GDRs for US $15 Million was at the rate of Rs 315 per Share (face value of Rs 2 each) while the strike price of FCCBs is at Rs 400 per Share (face value of Rs 2 each).

The above offer was managed by the Elara Capital plc, Marylebone Road, London, Lead Manager.
