Vippy Spinpro AGM approves 5% dividend

Vippy Spinpro Ltd has announced that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend @ Rs 0.50 per share on the Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each of the company for the year ended March 31, 2006.
