Sathavahana Ispat AGM approves 5% dividend

Sathavahana Ispat Ltd has announced that the members at the 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2006, inter alia, have approved declaration of Dividend @ 5% on the paid up equity share of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2006.
