GTL Infrastructure Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors (CoD) at its meeting held on November 30, 2007, has approved allotment of convertible warrants on a preferential basis as under:

1. Global Assets Holding Corporation Pvt Ltd: 16,75,00,000 No of Warrants Allotted

2. Infrastructure Development Finance Company Ltd: 4,61,50,000 No of Warrants Allotted

3. Technology Infrastructure Ltd: 5,00,00,000 No of Warrants Allotted.
