Sandesh AGM approves 20% dividend

Sandesh Ltd has announced that the members at the 63rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2006 inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend @ 20% on Equity Shares of the Company i.e. Rs 2.00 per share.
