Easun Reyrolle Raises US$ 50 Million

Easun Reyrolle Ltd has announced that the Directors of the Company on December 05, 2007 has allotted Global Depository Receipts(GDRs) and Unsecured Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds(FCCBs) aggregating to US$50,000,000 (United States Dollar fifty million only) to international investors.

The Company has raised through GDR Issue a total value of US$15 million and US$35 million through an FCCB issue.

The above instruments are being listed on Singapore Stock Exchange.

The stock was trading at Rs.363.75, up by Rs.4.60 or 1.28%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.367.90 and low of Rs.359.65.

The total traded quantity was 6325 compared to 2 week average of 41621.
