Classic Diamonds to consider fund raising proposal

Classic Diamonds India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 12, 2007, inter alia, to consider the proposal for raising Fund by way of FCCB / ADR / GDR and other Overseas sources.
