Vision Corporation to allot 49 Lakh Shares

Vision Corporation Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 01, 2007, has decided to make allotment of 49,00,000 (Forty Nine Lakhs) Equity Shares of face value of Rs 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each at a premium of Rs 4/- (Rupees Four) each on preferential basis to the following allottees as follows:

1. Compvision Technology Pvt Ltd: 1225000 no of equity shares

2. Cypress Media Pvt Ltd: 1225000 no of equity shares

3. Traicon Film Productions P Ltd: 1225000 no of equity shares

4. Barter Investments & Finance Pvt. Ltd: 1225000 no of equity shares.
