Jagran Prakashan Limited announces record date for 1:5 bonus issue

Jagran Prakashan Limited has informed the Exchange that the record date for the purpose of issue of 1 Bonus Share of Rs. 10/- each for every 5 existing Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, be and is hereby fixed as November 03, 2006 by the Bonus Issue Committee, after the approval from the members in the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 29, 2006.
