EURO Ceramics Ltd files draft red herring prospectus for IPO

EURO Ceramics Ltd has filed Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI. The company is coming out with an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 5621500 equity shares of Rs.10 each at a price to be decided through book-building process. The company has reserved 121500 equity shares for employees.

The issue less than the employee portion shall be 5500000 equity shares. The net issue to the public will constitute 32.16% of the fully diluted post issue paid-up capital of the company. The equity shares of the company are proposed to be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited (BSE) and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd, Mumbai (NSE).

UTI Securities Ltd will be the book running lead manager and Intime Spectrum Registry Ltd will be the registrar to the issue.
