Goldstone Technologies to issue shares for acquisition of 51% in 4G Informatics Pvt Ltd

Goldstone Technologies Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on November 30, 2007 have considered and approved the resolution for further issue of 3,44,828 Equity Shares to Dr. Sreenivasa Rao Tripuraneni as a part consideration for the purpose of acquisition of 51% of Shareholding in M/s. 4G Informatics Pvt Ltd.
