Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd allots 4,93,867 shares

On January 9, 2018, Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited ('the Company'), has issued and allotted 4,93,867 (Four Lakh Ninety Three Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty Seven only) Equity shares of face value INR 2/- each, to eligible employees upon exercise of options vested in their favour under different ESOP Schemes of the Company.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to INR 85,28,53,222 divided into 42,64,26,611 Equity Shares of face value INR 2/- each.

Shares of Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.1216.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1223.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 48847 in over 1785 trades.
