Oriental Hotels AGM approves 75% dividend

Oriental Hotels Ltd has announced that the members at the 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 31, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of the payment of Dividend at the rate of Rs 7.50/- per share (75%) for the full year on Equity shares, for the year ended March 31, 2006.
