Marg Constructions allots 2119384 shares on conversion of FCCBs

Marg Constructions Ltd has announced that the meeting of the Committee of Directors (CoD) for Allotment in its meeting held on December 01, 2007, has allotted 2,119,384 equity shares upon conversion of 1200 Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs).

The stock was trading at Rs.415, down by Rs.11.50 or 2.70%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.436 and low of Rs.415.

The total traded quantity was 139503 compared to 2 week average of 508641.
