UCO Bank Ltd receives approval for preferential issue to Government of India worth Rs. 1375 crores

UCO Bank Ltd has received the approval of board of directors of the Bank by circulation for the proposal to issue of equity shares on preferential basis to Government of India against capital contribution of Rs.1375 crore subject to necessary approval.

Shares of UCO BANK was last trading in BSE at Rs.30.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 30.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 112415 in over 522 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 31.05 and intraday low of 30.1. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3426586.
