IndoSolar Ltd allots OCCRPS, shares

The Board Meeting of IndoSolar Ltd held on 30th December, 2017, has considered and approved the allotment of 20,70,00,000 1% Optionally Convertible Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 10 each issued at par to Union Bank of India against part of the settlement amount pursuant to the One Time Settlement Scheme.

The Board also approved the allotment of 52,05,499 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each issued at par of the Company to Greenlite Lighting Corporation.

Shares of INDOSOLAR LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.9.08 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 8.98. The total number of shares traded during the day was 225115 in over 384 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 9.43 and intraday low of 8.88. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2038882.
