The Board of Directors of Ganesh Housing Corporation Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. December 29, 2017, has approved allotment of 40685 Equity Shares (face value of Rs. 10/- each) pursuant to exercise of options granted to the employees under the Company's Employees Stock Option Scheme 2010 (ESOP 2010) consequent to which the paid up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 49,17,50,890/- to Rs. 49,21,57,740/-.
