Aurionpro Solutions Ltd allots 114000 shares

On 28th December, 2017, the Allotment Committee of Aurionpro Solutions Ltd has allotted 1,14,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to the eligible employees who has exercised the offer under Aurionpro Employee Share Purchase Scheme - 2017.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
