IndusInd Bank Limited allots 3,67,730 shares

IndusInd Bank Limited has allotted 3,67,730 (Three Lakhs Sixty Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on December 21,2017 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respect.
