Srikalahasthi Pipes Limited approves QIP

Subsequent to the approval accorded by the board of directors of Srikalahasthi Pipes Limited at its meeting held on April 29, 2017 and the special resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company, at the extraordinary general meeting held on May 27, 2017, the Capital Raising Committee today, i.e., on 20th December, 2017 has, passed the resolutions in connection with Issue of Securities pursuant to propose Qualified Institutions Placement.

Shares of Srikalahasthi Pipes Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.380.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 376.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 26288 in over 521 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 384.9 and intraday low of 377. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 10015531.
