Mazda AGM approves 5% dividend

Mazda Ltd has announced that the members at the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of final Dividend of 5% on the Equity shares of the Company.

Approval for consolidation of issued, subscribed and paid up equity share capital of the Company from five shares of Rs 2/- each to one share of Rs 10/- each and alteration of capital clause in the Memorandum of Association for giving effect to consolidation.
