TTK Healthcare AGM approves 20% dividend

TTK Healthcare Ltd has announced that the members at the 48th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 24, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend of Rs 2.00 per share on equity shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid up as on March 31, 2006.
