Shree Pacetronix allots 124500 shares to Bio Pace Technology Inc USA

Shree Pacetronix Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 27, 2007, has considered & reviewed business administrative matters and took on record the action taken reports of various functional areas of management. As a follow up action in compliance with the decision of the Members in the Annual General Meeting held on November 17, 2007, the Board allotted 1,24,500 shares to Bio Pace Technology Inc USA after obtaining approval from FIPB Ministry of Finance, Govt of India.
