Blue Star Infotech AGM approves Rs.2 dividend

Blue Star Infotech Ltd has announced that the members at the 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 29, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend @ Rs 2 per equity shares for the year ended March 31, 2006.

Repricing of the 323,000 unexercised stock options of the company, granted on October 31, 2005 under Employee Stock Option Plan 2003 of the Company, from Rs 117 per share to Rs 72 per share.
