Hariyana Ship Breakers AGM approves 20% dividend

Hariyana Ship Breakers Ltd has announced that the members at the 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 26, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend of Rs 0.40 per Redeemable Preference Share and Rs 2.00 Per Equity Share for the financial year ended March 31, 2006.
