UP Hotels AGM approves 10% dividend

UP Hotels Ltd has announced that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend of 10% on equity shares (i.e. Re 1.00 per equity share). The Dividend will be paid on or after September 30, 2006.
