Artefact Software AGM approves 5% dividend

Artefact Software & Finance Ltd has announced that the members at the 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of the Dividend of 5% i.e. Rs 0.50 per equity share of Rs 10 each fully paid up to the shareholders for the financial year ended on March 31, 2006.
