AXIS Bank allots 42850 sharesAXIS Bank has allotted 42,850 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 27.11.2017, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 479,67,54,220 (239,83,77,110 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 479,68,39,920 (239,84,19,960 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
