Spanco Telesystems Board to reorganize share capital

Spanco Telesystems & Solutions Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 30, 2006 inter alia, to reorganize the existing equity share capital of the Company and to issue new share certificates of the Company with the revised number of shares, in relation to the shares held by its equity shareholders whose names appeared in the Register of members as on the book closure date i.e., September 29, 2006 in lieu of existing share certificates to be cancelled and to credit revised number of shares in lieu / relation of shares held in dematerialized form by the equity shareholders as on the said book closure date, in accordance with the Scheme of Arrangement as approved by the Hon'ble High Court of Mumbai, vide its order dated August 04, 2006.
