The Nomination & Remuneration Committee of EROS International Media Ltd vide its resolution passed on November 16, 2017 have approved the issue and allotment of 90,488 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the employees against exercise of stock options granted to them, in accordance with SEBI (ESOS & ESPS) Guidelines 1999 & Eros International Media Limited - Employee Stock Option Scheme 2009.EROS International Media Ltd
