Jupiter Bioscience AGM approves 25% dividend

Jupiter Bioscience Ltd has announced that the members at 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend of 25% on equity shares of the Company.
