Alps Industries allots bonus shares

Alps Industries Ltd has announced that the Share Allotment Committee at its meeting held on September 29, 2006, has allotted 1,62,57,050 equity shares of Rs 10/- each by way of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1:1.
