Rain Calcining AGM approves 8% dividend

Rain Calcining Ltd has announced that the members at the 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend @ 8% on the Equity shares of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2006.

Authority to the Board of Directors to borrow upto Rs 900 crores.

Authority to the Board of Directors to create charge on the Assets of the Company.
