Modern Dairies to allot warrants at Rs 81

Modern Dairies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 21, 2007, has decided to delegate the powers for allotment of Rs 30,00,000/- Warrants convertible into equity shares to the Promoters and Promoter group to the Allotment committee of the Directors. The Allotment committee shall within next 15 days make the allotment of the Convertible warrants to the Promoters and the Promoter group @ Rs 81/- per share inclusive of the premium of Rs 71/- per share.
