Bombay Stock Exchange has announced that effective from Friday, November 23, 2007 the equity shares of Barak Valley Cements Ltd (Scrip Code: 532916) shall be listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange in the list of B1 Group.

The ISIN Code of the company is INE139I01011.

The company issued shares at a price of Rs 42 Per share (Face Value of Rs. 10/- and Premium of Rs.32) in the recently concluded IPO.
