Nirma AGM approves 75% dividend

Nirma Ltd has announced that the members at the 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 29, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of the dividend @ 6% on Preference shares and 75% on Equity shares as recommended by the Board of Directors of the Company.
