Ashok Leyland Ltd allots 569175 shares

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee ('the Committee') of Ashok Leyland Ltd has approved by way of Circular Resolution passed on November 1, 2017, the allotment of 569,175 shares to Mr. Vinod K Dasari, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director upon exercise of stock options granted under Ashok Leyland Employees Stock Option Plan 2016.

Upon allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stand increased from Rs.2926,534,926/- divided into 2926,534,926 equity shares of Re.1/- each to Rs.2927,104,101 divided into 2927,104,101 equity shares of Re.1/- each.
