AXIS Bank allots 2,61,751 equity shares

AXIS Bank has allotted 2,61,751 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 31.10.2017, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 479,56,08,218 (239,78,04,109 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 479,61,31,720 (239,80,65,860 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
